MVB US was created in 2017 with the purchase of the Pubnet and Pubeasy North American services by MVB GmbH, a global publishing services company based in Frankfurt, Germany. Since then, MVB has invested heavily in modernizing the Pubnet and Pubeasy services to create a modern and flexible platform for commerce. Pubeasy UK is owned and operated by Nielsen, and MVB and Nielsen work closely together to provide a global portal for booksellers around the world.
