I cannot log in to PubEasy.

If you cannot log in to Pubeasy, it´s usually because your Username and/or Password are not correct. Please use the Forgot-Password link to trigger a Reset-Password email. If there is a mailbox with your email address, you will be notified within 15 minutes. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes to get this Email. If you don´t receive a Reset-Password email within 15 minutes, it´s usually because we don´t have a user account with this email address. In that case, please contact the appropriate Customer Support Team.

If your username and password are correct but you still can´t log in, it may be that your mailbox status is inactive. This may be the case if there are open questions regarding your mailbox that will need to be clarified. In that case, please contact the appropriate Customer Support Team.

If you are a former Nielsen user, you may not be able to log in to Pubeasy because you did not receive a "Welcome Email" with your credentials. Please check your spam folder. If you still don't find the email, please contact the appropriate Customer Support Team.

There is functionality missing from my previous service.

We understand that there is missing functionality. A change from one well-known platform to another, completely new platform may be challenging - and missing functionality can be really annoying. With the migration of Nielsen Teleordering Services, we migrated multiple platforms and their services to our Pubeasy platform. Indeed, we did not rebuild every functionality but had to balance what would be beneficial for our user base and what was only used by a few users. Sometimes this can also mean that even helpful features could not be prioritized for the initial launch. Therefore, we have a list of upcoming enhancements we will be releasing within the next weeks and months. If you would like to know more, please let us know. We also appreciate your feedback on the features you are missing - please provide feedback here. Your feedback will help us to improve our services.
