Logging Into Pubeasy
If you cannot log in to Pubeasy, it´s usually because your Username and/or Password are not correct. Please use the Forgot-Password link to trigger a Reset-Password email. If there is a mailbox with your email address, you will be notified within 15 minutes. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes to get this Email. If you don´t receive a Reset-Password email within 15 minutes, it´s usually because we don´t have a user account with this email address. In that case, please contact the appropriate Customer Support Team.
The original Pubeasy PINs
These IDs were primarily assigned to users in North America and were constructed using the retailer’s SAN.
These IDs were primarily assigned to European users.
This is the most common PIN format. These were assigned to all users globally, and they all begin with a capital letter P and a zero. Most users who existed on the legacy Pubeasy system will have a username of this type in the new Pubeasy.
For all of the original Pubeasy PIN formats, your new Pubeasy username should be your PIN followed by a hyphen followed by your original 4 digit userID.
The New Pubeasy formats
New PINs created since the launch of the new Pubeasy will begin with either US2 or UK2, depending on the region where your primary support group can be found.
The username should be your PIN followed by a hyphen followed by your 4 digit userID.

If you do not receive an email to reset your password it's likely that the Username's associated email address has changed. Please contact your appropriate support team.
