The original Pubeasy PINs

These IDs were primarily assigned to users in North America and were constructed using the retailer’s SAN.

503067#######

These IDs were primarily assigned to European users.

P0######

This is the most common PIN format. These were assigned to all users globally, and they all begin with a capital letter P and a zero. Most users who existed on the legacy Pubeasy system will have a username of this type in the new Pubeasy.

Usernames:

For all of the original Pubeasy PIN formats, your new Pubeasy username should be your PIN followed by a hyphen followed by your original 4 digit userID.

The New Pubeasy formats

US2#####
UK2#####

New PINs created since the launch of the new Pubeasy will begin with either US2 or UK2, depending on the region where your primary support group can be found.

Usernames:
The username should be your PIN followed by a hyphen followed by your 4 digit userID.

Examples:
US200002-0003
UK200004-0005

Username Generator

Located on the Pubeasy Login screen, Click on "Show my new Username from old Pubeasy PIN and User ID to generate your new Pubeasy Username.

If you are still having an issue logging in, try using all UPPERCASE or all lowercase for your password. If you don't know your password or are still having trouble, please click on Forgot your password? and be sure to enter your new Pubeasy username from the Username Generator.

If you do not receive an email to reset your password it's likely that the Username's associated email address has changed. Please contact your appropriate support team as shown here.
