Create an Invoice
As a publisher using Teleordering, you can create an Invoice by following these steps. Your online-created invoice will automatically be sent in the right EDI format to your supplier.
1.) Go to "My Orders" at Pubeasy Header Navigation - click on "Order Manager" and Inbox.
2.) If you don´t see all order transactions you are looking for run a search by extending the Start Date/Time.
3.) Once you have found the order you want to invoice, click on the "I" (for Invoice) at the right end of the line (Please keep in mind that this is only possible if you have created an Acknowledgement before).
4.) Your Invoice Screen will be prefilled with the given information from your Acknowledgement/Advanced Shipping Note.
5.) Fill in the required fields - some fields are mandatory. This is indicated by a green tick or a red hook.
6.) In the UK a VAT number is required in order to create invoices. If your company VAT-Number is saved in your mailbox settings, this will be prefilled. If not, you will have to provide your VAT number. Please note, this field has validation. If you want to avoid having your VAT Number on hand whenever you create an Invoice, make sure our support team saves the VAT number in your mailbox settings.
7.) Once you have entered the invoice information, click on invoice to get to your order lines.
8.) Fill in all required fields. Once ready, click send.
