Forgotten password/not receiving password reset email
  • The password reset email will only be triggered if the email address and username you enter on the forgot password screen match the information on our database.
  • Please make sure you enter the full username (e.g. xxxxxxxxx-01) and NOT the Mailbox ID.
  • If the details provided are correct, please check your junk or spam folder for the password reset email.
How to Acknowledge Orders
How to view the order details
  • If you have NOT registered, please follow the instructions provided in the order notification email and complete the registration process. You will then be sent instructions on how to view your orders.
  • Once logged into Pubeasy navigate to My Orders > Order Manager > Inbox.
  • Click on the relevant order to view the Purchase Order screen.
Can't see orders in my Inbox
  • Please ensure that you have adjusted the Start Date/Time field.
  • If you are still unable to locate the order, please submit a support request. Please provide as much information as possible, such as the order date, ISBN, and PO number.

How to change contact details
  • Please email supportuk@mvb-online.com with your Username, Mailbox ID and your updated contact details.
Where to send orders and Invoices?
  • The Purchase Order screen will display a ‘Ship To’ and a ‘Bill To’ address.
Discounts and postage
  • MVB UK is only responsible for routing orders to suppliers.
  • Discount and postage costs are at your discretion.
Receiving daily Order Notification emails
  • New order notification emails will be triggered daily until you have logged in and viewed the order.
  • You need to click on the order in the Inbox to update the order status from ‘New’ to ‘Viewed’.
Order Notification emails are not being received
  • Email notifications for new orders are triggered 24 hours after we receive the order, provided the order status remains as ‘New’.
  • If you log in and view the order before the 24-hour period, the order status will change to ‘Viewed’, and you will not receive an email notification.
  • Please check your junk/spam folder.
  • If the above does not apply, please submit a support request.
Missing or incorrect title information
  • MVB UK receives bibliographic data from Nielsen BookData.
  • Please make sure all your title and distribution information are kept up to date with Nielsen using the Title Editor service.

How to update your distribution details
Not received login details after registration
  • Registrations can take up to 48 hours to be approved, you will then receive an email with your login details.
  • Please check your junk/spam folder.
  • If the above does not apply, please submit a support request.
Why is the shipping and invoice function not working (+S and +I are greyed out)
  • The EDI Shipping Notice and Invoice functionality on Pubeasy are part of the Order Manager Premium service.
  • Please note you will need confirmation from each Retailer first to ensure they are willing to accept EDI Shipping Notice and Invoices from you.
