To close your account, please contact support with your request. If you know it, please include your username / mailbox number. If your account has more than one user, please specify if you want to just cancel/transfer your login or if you want to close the organization's entire account. If the entire account, the request must be made from the user with administrative privileges.

We'd also appreciate knowing why you didn't find Pubeasy useful so we can strive to improve it.
