New Features

Order Status Improvements

In Order Status search under Product Status, we have added several combined statuses, such as all "Open Items", to support your workflows. Now you can easily search for all your backordered or cancelled items across suppliers so you can inform customers, research alternative titles or suppliers, or follow up with a supplier regarding reprint dates.

And when you click on an order status search result, we now default to Normal purchase order view so that any tracking updates from your supplier will display immediately and not require another click.

Other Small Usability Improvements

  • The shopping cart now is automatically sorted by title and we've given the title more space.
  • In Advanced Search, the boolean dropdown fields were moved from the right to the left for clarity.
  • We have made it clearer to the user when a button is disabled.
  • When Pubeasy is retrieving personal price information from a supplier, the hourglass notification icon indicating this is now more prominent.
  • We have improved many of our notification messages.
  • We have added clarifying help text to the Account Linking page.

Bug Fixes and Small Changes

  • Backorder and part supply boxes now get set during the CSV file import process.
  • The tooltip for the bulk parameters now displays in the correct location when you hover over "Bulk Parameters".
  • Fixed a bug related to deleting order lists in a particular fashion.
  • Changes to ONIX code mappings to better indicate orderable status on Pubeasy: ONIX codes 41 (Not available, replaced by new product) & 48 (Not available, replaced by POD) are now red; ONIX code 31 (Out of stock) now shows a yellow availability circle; ONIX code 44 (Apply direct) shows a white circle.
  • ONIX status code 12 - Not yet available, will be POD - has been moved from In Stock filter to Not Yet Published filter and ONIX status code 9 - Not yet available, postponed indefinitely - has moved from Available to Unavailable filter.
  • Fixed an issue causing an occasional JS error on the interchange tracking page.
