Pubeasy Release 3.15 (March 22, 2026)

There will be 2 hours of downtime from 6-8am EST / 10am-12pm GMT/BST. This is a small release devoted to technical changes and bug fixes. 

• We are standardizing our availability circle colors and filtering. Our intention is that green circles display for items that will begin processing right away (i.e., In Stock or Print on Demand items).  If you can order the item but it may take additional time before the item processes (Not Yet Published, Reprinting, etc.) it would be yellow. And if you cannot order the product from the supplier (Out of Print, Remaindered), the circle should be red and show in the Unavailable filter. Some of these changes will take effect immediately and others over time as suppliers refresh their product feeds.
• We fixed a bug where scrolling Pubeasy search results using your mouse wheel on the Chrome browser could accidentally change your entered order quantities.
• We made the new configure export popup window more user friendly by ensuring that the OK/Cancel buttons are always visible to you.
• We simplified the Pubeasy login page text.
• We fixed a bug where user password changes were taking too long to propagate to the database and prevented users from immediately logging back in after they changed their password.

• We now support ONIX 3.1 and codelist 72 (we were previously on ONIX 3.0, codelist 65).
• We now support JSON Web Token as an API authentication method.
• We made changes to speed up processing of supplier product updates.
• We made improvements to our Sandbox testing environment
